Terms and Conditions
The spot in the Camp will be confirmed once the assistant has made and paid the 50% advanced deposit. There is no refund of this 50% advance deposit in case the client decides not to attend to the camp.
Packages are not exchangeable. Only valid for the client that has booked.
Balance is paid 45 days before the camp starts. If the Balance is not paid before this period – 45 days -, the spot in the Camp is automatically available for another client, loosing the spot in the group (even if the Advance deposit has been made).
In case of last minute bookings (45 days before the camp), it´s necessary the payment of the full package.
Cancelation 45 or more days before the camp: The 100% of the Balance payment remains as credit (50% of the total payment) for future camps with Surf Sisters Camps.
Cancelation between 44 to 30 days before the camp: The 50% of the Balance payment remains as credit (25% of the total payment) for future camps with Surf Sisters Camps.
Cancelation between 29 to 15 days before the camp: The 25% of the Balance payment remains as credit (12,5% of the total payment) for future camps with Surf Sisters Camps.
Cancelation 14 to 0 days before the camp: credit not longer available.
Regarding remaining credit, will be available to use for the period of 1 (one) year, starting the same day that the cancelation has been made.
COMPENSATION OR REFUND POLICY
Compensation or refund payments will not be made for changes that arise as a result of situations outside of our control. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care.
Such circumstances can include, but are not limited to: war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, strikes and other industrial disruption, technical problems with transport including changes imposed due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, quarantine, epidemics, health risks, actual or threatened severe weather conditions, Government action, change to Foreign Office advice to advise against travel to your destination, or other events beyond our control.
